BOOKING POLICY

Booking made clear and simple.

Our booking process is designed to keep arrangements straightforward, with clear communication before a service is confirmed.

OUR APPROACH

A straightforward booking process.

We aim to make arranging a service simple and transparent. When you submit a booking request, we review the details and contact you where necessary to confirm the requested service, timing and any other relevant arrangements.

A booking request does not automatically mean that a service has been confirmed. Confirmation takes place once the details have been reviewed and agreed.

01

Submit your booking request

Provide the requested information through our website, including the service you are interested in and your preferred date or timing.

02

We review your request

We review the information provided and check the availability and practical requirements for the requested service.

03

Details are confirmed

We contact you if further information is needed and confirm the service arrangements once the details have been agreed.

04

Payment arrangements

Where payment is required, we provide the relevant payment information after the booking details have been confirmed.

BOOKING REQUESTS

What happens after you submit a request?

Once your booking request has been submitted, we will review the information provided. If the requested service, date or other details require clarification, we may contact you before confirming the booking.

Where a preferred date or time is not available, we may discuss an alternative arrangement with you. A booking is only treated as confirmed once the relevant details have been agreed.

Important Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed appointment or require immediate payment.
AVAILABILITY

Preferred dates and times

You may provide your preferred date and time when making a booking request. We will take your preference into account when reviewing availability.

If the requested time is unavailable, we will contact you where appropriate to discuss another suitable option.

CONFIRMATION

When is a booking confirmed?

A booking is confirmed once the service details and arrangements have been agreed with you.

Where payment is required, payment instructions will be provided as part of the confirmation process.

PAYMENT

Payment is arranged after confirmation.

We do not require payment simply because a booking request has been submitted. Once the requested service and arrangements have been confirmed, we provide the relevant payment information where payment is required.

Payment should be completed using the payment method and instructions provided to you. The applicable price will be communicated as part of the booking arrangement.

If the booking details change before payment is completed, we may need to confirm the revised arrangements with you before proceeding.
